Usage
To use these flash cards on a mobile or desktop device, often you need to have the Google Documents login information. These files are freely available and are stored under the Username APSpanishFlashCards and the Password APSpanish. These files will remain on this public email as long as this account is only used for school related purposes and the login information is not abused. If abuse occurs, this service will be ended.
Mobile
gFlash+ is a application that allows Google Document integration with a mobile device to create flash cards. gFlash+ is available on iPhone, Android, and Blackberry. To use, simply install the program and login with the above Google Account that’s APSpanishFlashCards@gmail.com and APSpanish.
Blackberry gFlashPro – gFlash+ is not available. For use on Blackberry, gFlashPro has to be purchased. It is currently $4.99.
Desktop
There is not a desktop application currently available that supports Google Document flash card creation. Instead you will need to use special Google Documents. At the bottom of this page is a list of all the vocabulary lists that are online. Click “Web Flash Cards” to go to the spreadsheet with online flash cards enabled. These flash cards should be supported on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
At the bottom of each spreadsheet you will find the tabs that tell you which page of the spreadsheet you are on. Go to the Flash Cards page. It should be the second one. You may need to login with the AP Spanish account.
