Nathan Tornquist (“my”, “I”, “me”) operates the Uplink Sports mobile application (the “Service”).
The page informs you of my policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use my Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
I use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in the Terms and Conditions.
No personal data is collected
When you access the Service, I may collect certain information automatically including app launches, viewed templates, and shared templates.
A unique identifier (uuid) is used to track how often a particular user opens the app. This key is local to a particular installation of the Service, and does not persist between device or between installations of the Service. No personal or device metadata is attached to this uuid.
Uplink Sports uses the collected data for various purposes:
The data collected may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
Uplink Sports will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
No personal data is collected, and no personal data exists that can be disclosed.
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
